Hi, I’m Troy Bishop, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#MH21865), Certified Hypnotherapist, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I specialize in individual, couples, and family therapy, and I run a private practice in Trinity, Florida.

As a veteran of the Armed Forces and a retired first responder, I understand the challenges of transitioning from military and active first responder life to civilian life. I also recognize the tremendous stress this transition can place on family members.
Aligning Values with Actions
We all have core values we want to be known for, but sometimes, our actions don’t align with those values. Life can become unmanageable and challenging as a result. I understand that it can feel like everything remains the same, even when circumstances change.
